SpecificComponent​

  1. Drag and drop the Approval Canceller component into your flow.
  2. In Target Type, select the relevant component type (Group, Flow Stopper, or Position).
  3. The Target Object field will appear — select the component where the pending approval exists.
  4. Save the flow design and run the process.

  1. In the flow design, identify where the approval task is pending.
  2. Check the Name property of the Group, Flow Stopper, or Position component.
  3. Use that name when selecting the Target Object to ensure approvals are canceled at the right point.
